The Vovinam World Expansion Office (W.E.O.) is an international organisation
working in coordination with the Intercontinental Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Association.
We have only one goal: to introduce Vovinam in the highest number of countries
.
To reach our goal, we use all the means, traditionnal or Multimedia, such as
Internet learning, DVD's about techniques, books,
video-conferences, traveling to the country, intensive program courses, interactive
teaching methods, etc...
We always try to help the poorest countries by giving them free of charge pedagogical
material as much as we can (DVD's, technical notebooks, etc, ..)
Everything that we do in only financed by our personal money. We do not receive
any loan, subvention or budget neither private nor public to help us.
About the Vovinam techniques, we follow stricly le teaching program of the Vietnamese
Vovinam, especially the teaching program taught in the Altar Training Center
of Grand Master Lê Sáng, in the To Duong, 31, Su Van Hanh Street,
Saigon, Vietnam.
The higher philosophical authority is Grand Master Lê Sáng, Saigon,
Vietnam.
Simply because we have to pay for the blank DVD's, the DVD's boxes, the ink
cardridges, paper, the printing house, faxes, the telephone and, most of all,
for the SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES.
THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE when we sent parcels abroad.
Therefore, we do NOT make any profit with our work. In fact, we always lose
money, but we already knew this when we started this project.
Since 1996, we sent material completely free of charge. We always paid the
shipping and handling fees to avoid to be accused of ¨commercial¨. Unfortunately,
it was always the same persons that paid it with their own money.
However, the number of countries is now too high, and the amount of money that
we have to pay to buy material and pay the shipping fees is enormous.
From August 2006, we need that at least the teachers who order fre of charge
material pay for the shipping and handling fees.

We are working to export Vovinam to the farest places of the planet.
However, if in your country you do not have the possibility to pay with a credit

Masters and instructors of the whole word are totally satisfied with our material.
However, if it happens that you are not satisfied or that an item has a defect,
we would exchange this product for a new one. In order to this guarantee be
valid, you must send us the item in perfect condition, which means in the same
condition that you received it. You will have to pay for the shipping fees.
Of course, if it is a Free DVD, you will have to pay the shipping and handling
fee again.
