A Vovinam Seminar in Tenerife, Spain, right after the local TV shot a documentary about Vovinam in December 2005. Spain, which was the first country to dare working officially with Vietnam for the international competitions in 1996, had shown the example to join Vietnam without anyconsideration for the political problems in this part of the world. Thanks to this fact, numerous countries have joined them and, nowadays, their Intercontinental Vovinam organisation is one of the strongest Vovinam entity in the world totalizing almost 30 countries.
